Water leaks

Corinthian Bay Water is responsible for water leaks before the water meter.  After the water meter homeowners are responsible for any leaks and any repairs to the waterlines.

Should a homeowner have a water leak that is substantial you can ask the board for a water leak adjustment. Please refer to, Corinthian Bay mutual water company water leak adjustment policy. This adjustment will be authorized by the waterboard but not to exceed $750.
